On your first visit to our office, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete your new patient forms or you can click on the link below, fill them out on your device, and the completed new patient forms will be automatically sent to our office. If you have dental insurance, you can upload a picture or screenshot of your insurance card.
What To Expect First Visit
The first appointment will consist of x-rays, a full thorough exam (which includes an oral cancer screening) and a cleaning.
After the exam Dr. Popovici will make a personalized treatment plan based on your needs.
Finally our knowledgeable treatment coordinators will explain the cost, insurance coverage, & other payment options we have available to fit your personal needs
